Registration Instructions and Cancellation Terms
General Terms of Participation
Each participant must register for the event via the official registration form. The information collected during registration is used for organizing the event and creating an event pass. Upon arrival, participants must present their event pass, which can be printed at the on-site printing stations.
Media representatives are admitted free of charge to both Wood Day and Puumarkkinapäivä upon presentation of a valid press card. Media participants must also complete the registration form in advance.
The event has an age limit of 18. The organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ age if necessary.
Photography
By registering for and attending the event, you consent to Puuinfo photographing and recording the event for communication and marketing purposes (e.g. newsletters, social media, and website).
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event photographer on-site.
30th Anniversary Seminar – Wednesday, November 11
Puupäivän 30-vuotisjuhlaseminaari kokoaa yhteen näkemyksiä globaalien markkinoiden, asiakastarpeiden ja ajankohtaisten kThe anniversary seminar explores the impacts of global markets, customer needs, and current crises on Finland’s rapidly changing operating environment. The goal is to provide high-quality content and bring together leading industry actors.
This seminar is mainly invitation-based, but a limited number of tickets are available.
Fee: €100 + VAT 25.5%
Places are limited and allocated in order of registration.
Participants in the anniversary seminar may also register for Thursday’s Wood Day.
A cocktail reception will be held after the seminar in the exhibition area, offering opportunities to network and engage with speakers and other attendees.
Wood Day – Thursday, November 12
Wood Day is free of charge for all participants. It includes access to seminars held throughout the day and coffee break refreshments.
The event highlights current topics, innovations, and key professionals in wood construction.

Puumarkkinapäivä (Wood Market Day) – Thursday, November 12
Puumarkkinapäivä on Puupäivän yhteydessä järjestettävä erillinen maksullinen seminaari, joka syventyy puumarkkinoiden Puumarkkinapäivä is a separate paid seminar held alongside Wood Day. It focuses on current market developments and industry outlooks.
Participants can also attend all other Wood Day programme content.
Participation fees
- SPY ry members: €170 + VAT 25.5%
- Partners & members of Puuinfo / Puutuoteteollisuus ry: €200 + VAT 25.5%
- Others: €310 + VAT 25.5%
The fee includes the seminar programme, coffee service, and materials delivered after the event when possible.
Discount codes are verified during registration and pricing adjusted automatically if applicable.
Registration and Cancellation Terms
Binding registration
Registration is binding. Tickets grant access to the specified event and any selected additional services.
Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@puuinfo.fi.
- After October 28, 2026, cancellations are charged in full.
- Failure to attend without cancellation results in full charges.
- Payments already made are non-refundable after the deadline.
Participation may be transferred to a colleague free of charge if notified in advance in writing.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to programme content, speakers, and schedules.
Billing
- Business invoices are issued without VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Consumer prices include VAT.
- Payment methods: invoice or online payment.
- Invoice term: 14 days (unless otherwise agreed).
Tickets are sold individually. Multiple tickets with the same billing information are combined into one invoice.
A €10 invoicing fee applies to company invoices, with an additional €10 fee for any invoice changes.
Lunch and Cocktail Ticket Cancellations
- Can be cancelled free of charge until October 28, 2026
- After that, fees are non-refundable
- Tickets can be transferred to another participant free of charge with prior written notice
Event Cancellation
- If the event is cancelled due to the organizer, all fees will be refunded in full.
- If cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. fire, strike, flood, epidemic), no compensation is provided.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
Disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, cases are handled by the Helsinki District Court.
Consumers also have the right to bring disputes to their local district court or the Consumer Disputes Board.
Validity
These terms are valid from April 23, 2026 until further notice.
By purchasing tickets, the customer accepts these terms.
