Travel and accommodation
You can reach Helsinki easiest by plane to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL). Helsinki also has ferry connections with Estonia, Sweden, Latvia and Germany.
Travelling within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area is convenient by using the excellent public transportation (HSL) that consists of local railway, bus, metro, tram and even local ferry services.
Helsinki region has around 110 hotels, both independent and chain owned, so you will certainly find accommodation that suits your criteria. There are many hotels within a walking distance from the conference venue, and even more within a short trip by public transportation.
Pikku-Finlandia
Built near Töölönlahti Bay, Pikku-Finlandia provides a temporary venue during the renovation of Finlandia Hall between 2022 and 2025. In the spirit of the circular economy, Pikku-Finlandia can be moved and reused once the renovation is over. The building components and materials are reusable or recyclable.
