Travel and accommodation
You can reach Helsinki easiest by plane to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL). Helsinki also has ferry connections with Estonia, Sweden, Latvia and Germany.
Helsinki and its surrounding cities have accommodation possibilities to cater to all wishes. Our recommendation list would be so long, we have decided not to put it here, but you may want to take a look at the hotel located on the same wooden building as the seminar and dinner!
Pier 4, Katajanokan Laituri
A landmark wooden building on the Helsinki waterfront, Katajanokan laituri, houses a 164-bed hotel Sokos Hotel Pier 4.
The seminar as well as the get-together dinner are held in the premises of the completely unique building representing modern Finnish architecture.
Solo Sokos Hotel Pier 4 is located in Katajanokka, Helsinki, at the address Katajanokanlaituri 4, within an easy walking distance from the city center.
