In late February 2026, the International Wood Construction Forum is returning to Paris, the world’s leading centre for the biobased construction industry. In the heart of the capital, the recently renovated Grand Palais will be showcasing the very best developments in construction in a venue that lives up to the challenges of climate change.

The International Award for Wood Architecture is an annual prize that recognizes excellence and innovation in wood architecture worldwide. Its goal is to promote creative architectural thinking using wood, strengthen international collaboration, and support specialized press in the field. The award is decided jointly by participating magazines and presented during the International Wood Construction Forum in France. From Finland, the magazine Puu-lehti is part of the jury.
